Just Trash they are Cheap over priced garbage that broke in 6 months with normal use.

Will fall out of your ears every 2 seconds

Tried every earbud covering size in the box, they fall out if I'm not wearing a hat. Had them for maybe 5 months, dropped only once and one earbud no longer works. Was looking to get rid of them or trade them for some better ones but everyone I offered them to said their headphones were better. They slipped out of their ears too. These are completely unwearable no matter what size rubber piece you use. Quality doesn't even matter when I can't wear them without a hat to keep them in. I spent money on these, so I read the instructions too. Still fall out. These headphones changed me in a horrible way I didn't even know headphones could. Get ones that won't fall out every 2 seconds. Thanks for stealing my money.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. There might be a possibility that your earbud is no longer charging. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Deteriorating sound

They only lasted a month before the sound started deteriorating! They're at full volume and it sounds like a whisper. I've tried everything to fix them. Cleaned them out, restarting, settings, etc. they just don't work. Also they won't stay in my ears no matter what silicone piece I use.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. We recommend doing the reset again, to do this, tap the left or the right earbud while out of the charging case twice, then hold it on the third tap for five seconds. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.

Constantly Fall Out of My Ears!!!

Purchased these earbuds less than a week ago and they constantly fall out of my ears regardless of which of the three different size tips are installed. Very frustrating!!! I wished I would have read the reviews before I purchased. UGH! JBL you should own up to this flaw and offer some solution.

I bought these a month ago, they are good, good sound quality and features but I am disappointed that they are loose and always fall from my ears. I tried running with them and they fell from my ears also any movement involves shaking they would fall. Overall I don't recommend buying these you are if aiming to use them sport wise.

I've had these for about 8 months, and they didn't even last that long. I use these most while in the gym doing basic lifts, but these fall out with any of the bud sizes pretty quickly, and the noise cancelling/volume level of the earbuds is not loud enough to drown out other sounds in the immediate area. These features are not why I'm writing the review however. These claim to be sweat and water resistant, but that is not the case. I got caught in mild rain for 5 minutes on a run and the left earbud has lost all volume, even after using a rice bag and other methods to remove water nothing has changed. All in all, definitely not worth the price and very disappointing as I have other JBL products.

Our JBL Tune Buds has an IP54 rating where "5" means that the device is protected from most dust particles, and "4" means that the device is protected against water splashes from any direction, but not immersion. Submerging or exposing the unit to water for a long time can damage them. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.

These were my first jbl earbuds and the only thing I can say is, with a proper EQ or sounds like a whole sound system in your ear, the bass is top tier I never hear any rattling, even after putting the bass at max, these earbuds are amazing only issues I have is the sensitive touch control and they kind of slip out of my ear sometimes

Ordered these earbuds about 2 weeks ago. They sound great and the noise control they have works wonderfully. My only problem is that none of the provided earbud covers fit in my ears and these earbuds fall out a lot from simple tasks such as eating or just yawning. Again they sound great just be aware that if you have larger than average ear canals they may not fit.

The earbuds have amazing sound quality and a very long battery life. The base is strong, especially for a pair of earbuds. Unfortunately, these are the only positive things I can say about these earbuds. My first and biggest complaint is that these earbuds are very fragile. I accidentally dropped the right earbud once from a height of approximately 4 feet while returning it to the charging case and it now barely plays any sound. Maybe I was unlucky, but either way the right earbud is now virtually unusable. Furthermore, the earbuds do not fit very well in my ears, especially while walking around. The weight distribution is not great and they always feel like they are about to fall out while I walk. This is not a problem while stationary. I could recommend these earbuds only if you plan to use earbuds while working at a desk and have an abundance of caution, but that almost defeats the purpose of having bluetooth earbuds. Overall, I would purchase a different pair because these are certainly not worth the asking price.
