@googlefiber what’s up with the lack of customer service? We were so excited to switch to you. Our current line was cut by your technicians on Friday 2/11, leaving us without internet since then. A supervisor told us someone would come splice the line on Sunday 2/13 and (con’t)

@GOATSmash1 I have google fiber and after a while it sucks unless your connected to the Ethernet and even then it’s sometimes iffy

@elonmusk Why exactly would anyone pay over 3k for "premium" starlink internet? 350mbs? Doesn't google fiber offer 1gbs? Why pay more for a downgrade?I'm not saying your service is crap but, Sorry sir... putting sugar on a **** does not make it candy.

First time was trying to setup internet service at the house we're moving to. I hate my current internet provider and want faster speeds. Neither @googlefiber nor ATT provide fiber in the heart of this town. It took me two calls to @ATT get nowhere. Best they can do is 50 mbs

dealing with @googlefiber @googlefiberhelp I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Front line support tells you that certain things cannot be done, but when you talk to a supervisor and are told they can be done. Then you get a different agent that certain things can be accomplished

@TribTomWharton @Xfinity I started google fiber last month. I'm paying more and haven't necessarily noticed faster speeds, but it worth it to not have to deal with that customer service again.

@googlefiber my internet is down and I can’t even talk to a human being because you guys have limited my options to a call back at my number or a call back at another number. What a horrible customer service model. Can’t wait to cancel you crooks
