@ComcastCares, I am a Comcast customer have been for 100’s of Thousands of Dollars, received an email that ‘Security is our top priority’, then has an embedded link to Secure my account, can you say Phishing and best practice, this email shows how Tom Karinshak is out of touch!

@SABRSkeptic @comcast Yep. Gotta love (she says sarcastically) @comcast & @comcastcares. Changing providers this week after being with @comcast forever. The issue with no ALT coverage is just the tip of the stuff we're tired of. I know they don't care, but makes me feel better not giving my $ to them.

@jeremyhall @xfinitymobile Yeah we canceled one line yesterday because of this and got a Google Voice number for our 9 y/o. Our other 3 lines were on the unlimited plan but they were ported out today. Bad move @Xfinity @xfinitymobile #XFINITYMobile

@Mac10colorado I've been with them for nearly 20 years and I'm going to dump them in Jan. They used to have the best coverage and customer service but not anymore. It's no longer worth the premium they charge. Going with Xfinity, they use Verizon towers

@Xfinity I’ve been having router and internet issues for months. Took forever to get it “fixed”. They told me it would take a day to ship. Now it looks like I’ll have to wait a week. I’m glad I asked the person on the phone if I could go to the store and get one. They did..

@jamie2181 My land line number. My wife & I don't answer it and disconnected the answering service for the number. Thank you comcast for the now worthless TRIPLE PLAY service that I don't use 1/3 of the service. (But no cost reduction if I cancel service)

@comcastcares 5th day this with multiple hour service outage. No warning and not even an apology or explanation. This is the worst customer service. Mid pandemic and everyone needs to stay home and work, and you have cost people their livelihoods multiple times this week
